Why are the times so unusual?
Because sleep works in cycles (about 90 minutes).
If you wake up in the middle of a cycle, your body will feel more tired.
A 90-minute sleep cycle is the basic time unit the brain uses to move through different stages of sleep repeatedly throughout the night.
On average, the human body needs about 90 minutes to complete one full cycle—from light sleep to deep sleep, and finally to the dreaming phase.
